Overview
The Denon POA-1500 is an incredible amp for the money. Its one of many highly rated models that Denon made during its “Golden Era”. Rated for 150W, the amp has enough “juice” to drive just about any speakers except for the most current hungry. Delivery was tight, punchy and solid. Amazing value for an amp that used to retail as at a ridiculous price of $700 MSRP. This has led to used prices increasing past its MSRP because audiophiles have come to acknowledge how good the amp is and how its worth more than its original MSRP. Built and finish is way better than many of the NEW amps you get now for $700. Power output meters are a beauty!
Cosmetically, the amp looks really nice. Side wood panels looks good except for a small corner ding on the right panel that is barely noticeable unless up close. We don’t have the original box but will securely pack this for safe shipping.
