These are the next best thing to get after their range topping MA-X series. With the same trickle down circuitry found in the much more expensive MA-X cables but in a “smaller” package, the Matrix HD50 Rev.2 is a bargain alternative at its price point. It has the same proprietary MIT impedance matching system and their patent pending AARM – Adjustable Articulation Response Module, these cables are designed to bring out the best from your system. Impedance selector switch allows for three levels of setting and after having set that, adjust the AARM to fine tune the sound. Amazing. MIT offers the range in a variety of length but we found that 1.5m (we also have a 2m pair for sale in another listing) or more is the more ideal length since there is the network box that you would need to place on a shelf or on top of a component. With the 1m length, that can be prove to be very tricky.
Cables look good with minor scuff marks here and there common with use but will be properly boxed for safe shipping.
