Overview
The SP-1 is a special kind of phono preamp. You can use both MM and MC cartridges with you where you just need to flip the selector switch on the back and adjust the impedance to match your cartridge by selecting the values under the unit. It has four preset values – 47, 100, 470 and 1k ohm. On top of this, it also has three line inputs to hook up your other line level components like CD players, DAC, tuners etc. This is especially useful when you have limited inputs or no phono input on your integrated amp, preamp or receiver. The included remote control allows you to select either one of these four inputs from the comfort of your chair. The SP-1 does not have a variable output so the volume buttons on the remote is redundant.
Cosmetically, the unit is in nice shape. Minor scuff marks here and there but nothing major. Unit will be securely packed for safe shipping.
