The SU-1000Li is not your typical power conditioner. Two of its outlets are battery backed up (1000 VA) which is beneficial where you have components that needs to be properly shut down when the power goes out. Battery backup is 4 mins at its full 600W load and 10 mins at 300W load. All six outlets (including the two battery backup outlets) are protected from sudden surges (up to 6,000 V) via their patented SurgeX Advanced Series Mode technology. It also offers automatic voltage regulation where the AC current is kept stable for optimal current delivery to the components.
