Overview
The Wadia 171 iTransport is the piece of gear that elevates the music in your iPod or iPhone to an audiophile quality level. Its a transport so you would still need a DAC to convert the digital output from the Wadia. Many newer gears have a port for direct connection to an iPod but if you have a system that doesn’t have that, this would do the trick. It would be no different from using a CD transport and DAC. Previous owner upgraded the Wadia supplied wall wart power supply (also included) to the beefier Channel Island Audio power supply which cost $280. The 160GB iPod Classic is included in the sale. There are only two tracks in there now so lots of space for you to add your own collection inside.
Units look really good cosmetically and will be securely packed for safe shipping.
