Overview
This turntable is all ready to go with its next new owner. One owner from new, it was the main turntable in a $90,000 system. Its a step up from the Prime with some important upgrades and improvement to an already great turntable. In the Prime Signature, the motor assembly is now housed in a stainless steel housing to reduce further the resonance generated by the motor. The plinth is now a three layer “sandwich” where two pieces of MDF boards are sandwiching an aluminum piece in the middle with the goal of again, reducing resonance and improving its rigidity. So with the improved rigidity of the plinth, it needs better feet which is what the Prime Signature has now. The turntable will come with a NEW Ortofon 2m MM cartridge (housed in a Dynavector box) and a pair of VPI phono cables which the previous owner purchased separately.
Turntable is in pretty good condition. Minor scuff marks here and there common with use but nothing major. We have the original box and will securely pack this for safe shipping. Platter comes in its own box and will be shipped separately, making this a two box shipment. Local pickup from our store can be arranged.
