Overview
This is where you get top notch musical performance for under $3,000. The V-5x is one of the more impressive performer in this price range with great resolution, dynamics with a liquid smooth presentation. Built quality is first class (amp weighs a hefty 55 lbs) as with everything from Ayre so rest assured that this amp will last a longtime. Amp will accept both XLR and RCA input (you just need to toggle the switch selector on the back) and will take spade terminated speaker wires. Power output is robust 150W in 8 ohm and 300W in 4 ohm.
Cosmetically, the amp is in good shape. Some minor scuff marks here and there but nothing major. We don’t have the original box but will securely pack it for safe shipping.
