Truly one of the greatest Class D amps in the market. The Anthem Statement M-1 monoblocks are the products of an over engineered, for ultimate greatness, amplification. Go to Anthem’s webpage and you will see what we mean. The information on the engineering behind the amps are mind boggling. They are absolutely neutral into any load and by that we mean from 1,000 watts in 8 ohms to 2,400 watts in 3 ohms. The power reserve on these amps are remarkable. It drove some of our biggest speakers without breaking a sweat. There was almost no coloration and it just takes on the sonic signature that it is being fed upon. Connect a Jadis DP-L preamp and the Anthem just exudes with a mighty warm tube-like sound. Paired with a Simaudio P-7 preamp and the transparency and clarity just comes through the speakers.
These are very rare, Class D reference amplifiers. They almost never appear for sale. So this is a very rare chance to own one of the more transparent, uncolored amplifiers available in the market. A top notch preamp and a source unit is mandatory at this level. The pair you see here were former dealer demos. We have the original box and manual to go with them.
