This is a rack mountable power conditioner that offers surge and spike protection and EMI filtering. Its affordable price point is meant for the more modest home audio system where its value is really to protect your equipment from sudden power surges or spikes. The difference between this and the PD-915R that we just sold is that this one has a higher current capability – 20amp versus 15amp. If you have a system that draws a higher current, this would be the one to get over the 15amp version. So for that, $75 is a real bargain when you are looking to protect your system that will cost much more than the $75 you will be spending here. Very useful 9 outlets will be more than sufficient to cover most audio/video system setups.
Cosmetically, the unit looks good. Some light scratches/nicks on the top cover and sides from use but nothing major. Unit will be securely packed for safe shipping.
