Holborne may be a Swiss brand but the MC-1 MC cartridge you see here has it roots all the way back to the Benz Micro Reference MC cartridge. Made by Benz Micro but “re-badge” as a Holborne MC-1 cartridge, it shares the same specs but with a different housing. Output on the cartridge is 0.40 mV with a weight of 12g/0.42 Oz. Coil impedance is 12 ohm and the tracking force is 1.8-2.2g.
Cosmetically, the unit is in great shape. Hours on the cartridge is about 40-50 hours. We have the original wooden case and will securely pack it for safe shipping.
