The Rhumba 1.2 line preamp is every bit as good as the Rhumba Extreme 1.3 that we just sold but for thousands less. It is not shoulder to shoulder with it but comes really close. You get really close in terms of refinement, dynamism and imaging which at under $3,500 now, its a real high end bargain. Circuitry is fully balanced and extremely well made with premium materials used throughout. All Backert Labs preamps are hand made in the USA. Remote controls volume only.
Cosmetically, the preamp looks very good. Minor scuff marks here and there but nothing major. Original box and manual are included. Two extra sets of tubes will be included FOC.
