The slim design and small footprint of the Daline 6 belies the big, bold sound it is capable of. Being a transmission line design, the Daline 6 can produce some serious low bass that is strong and clean. Placement in the room can affect it somewhat so some experimentation is required. The mids and highs were warm, smooth and nicely detailed. You can’t mistake its warm JMLab signature sound. In the right placement, the speakers can produce a magical and entrancing sound stage that is both deep and wide. Imaging was spot on especially when listening to vocals. One of our favorite test tracks for this was Rebecca Pigeon’s Spanish Harlem. Simply magical. Speakers are pretty easy to drive with a nominal impedance of 8 ohms and a sensitivity of 90dB. Frequency response is 35 Hz to 23 KHz. Each speaker stands at 45″ tall, 8″ wide and 11″ deep.
Minor scuff marks can be found here and there and a small corner spot of the grille cover where there is some wear (bottom left corner). Manual is included and speakers will be securely packed for safe shipping. They will be shipped in two boxes.
