In our opinion, Entreq is the industry leader when it comes to grounding and how proper grounding can really impact on your music. The Olympus Minimus you see here is like their “starter” grounding station for the audiophile who wants to “dip” their feet into the importance of having a proper ground system. There are smaller models but we think the Olympus should be the starting point of any audiophile’s system unless budget is a heavy consideration. The previous owner for this unit ordered it with the Eartha silver cables (which is a much better conductor than copper and is a $415 option) and the Everest binding cap ($320 option) which is constructed with four different metals versus two on the cheaper and also optional, K2 binding cap. On the dimension side, the Olympus is about 9″ wide, 5.5″ tall and 10″ deep and weights about 20 lbs. If your component does not have a grounding terminal, you can use any unused RCA plug and ground it with a cable that has an RCA plug on one end and a speaker spade on the other. But if your component has a grounding terminal, you can just hook up the Eartha wire from it to the Olympus and you are all set.
Cosmetically it is in fine shape. Some scuff marks/scratches here and there but nothing major. We don’t have the original box but will securely pack it for safe shipping.
