The Tyr series from Nordost is an amazing series. Positioned as the next in line after the top tier Valhalla, it is priced closer to its lower siblings like the Frey and Heimdall than towards the Valhalla. At more than half the price of a similarly spec Valhalla, it is definitely not half the performance of its top tier brethren. Compared to the Frey, the Tyr has a more polite sound and a more cultured presentation. It is slightly smoother around the edges and although not has crystal clear like the Valhalla, does a remarkable job of coming close to it. Cables were previous dealer demos (which is why they have DEMO marked on them but have been approved by Nordost for resale).
Cable is in good condition with the usual scuff marks common with use. Previous owner had “CD” marked on one end of the cables. No original box but will be securely packed for safe shipping.
