Overview
This is a ridiculously fantastic product for $600 MSRP! As a DAC, it has some of the latest DAC technology inside (like the Burr Brown True Native Chipset in Dual-Core configuration etc) that we recommend you go on their website to read up more of. There are also many more other features like better op-amps for the headphone outlets, upgraded clock to reduce jitter even further and a re-tuned 3D Matrix software for better sound. It also has a pair of preouts if you want to use it as a preamp. But best of all, it is totally portable. With a rechargeable battery inside, you can carry this around and use it to provide top notch sound to your headphones or a secondary system that is computer based. It even has a side USB outlet to charge another device if need to. Unit will need to be plugged in to recharge the batteries when you receive it.
Cosmetically, this unit is in pretty nice shape. We have the original box and several cables (see pics) and will have it securely packed for safe shipping.
