Reference step up transformer

If you have a preamp or integrated amp that only has a MM phono input but you want to try on a MC cartridge on your turntable, the AUT-2000 is the solution to that “predicament”. The AUT-2000 will elevate the output of the MC cartridge to that of a MM so it would match nicely with the MM input of your preamp or integrated amp. One of the benefits of this is you won’t need to replace your preamp or integrated amp. The AUT-2000 operates passively so there is no need to have this plugged into a wall outlet. And with two premium Nickel/permalloy core transformers (dual mono design) built into its solid block of aluminum, each channel delivers the necessary gain from a low output MC signal. There are four gain positions that are adjusted from the front (you would need a coin to turn the controls). Background noise was impressively quiet and dark which speaks highly of its design. Below are some specs from Allnic’s webpage;

Maximum Input Level (Non‑clipping): At 20Hz, 10 Times: up to 230mV
15 Times: up to 150mV
20 Times: up to 115mV
30 Times: up to 57mV
At 1kHz, for any ratio, more than 10V

At 10kHz, for any ratio, more than 10V THD (Total Harmonic Distortion): Less than 0.025% at 1 kHz, +20 dB Gain

Cosmetically, the AUT-2000 looks really nice. Minor scuff marks here and there but nothing major. Copy of manual included and unit will be securely packed for safe shipping.
