These are a pair of MIT MI-350 CVT cables that were jointly produced with Spectral Audio and for use with Spectral gears. As you may know, Spectral components are top end stuff and for them to really sound their best, they needed cables that would not inhibit the signal flow between components. The cables needed to be as transparent as possible, high resolution and to be able to transfer the signal quickly. Which is what the MI-350 is all about. We did try the cable with other brand of products and Krell seems to benefit greatly from its use followed by Audio Research and Pass Labs. When new, these cables would have cost several thousand dollars so for under $300 now, its a real bargain.
Cosmetically, the cable is in fair shape. Some scuff marks on the filter boxes and cables but nothing major. We don’t have the original packaging but will securely pack it for safe shipping.
